"I will choose Coffee Bean and Tea leaf than other coffee shops. I love their coffees - strong and not too sweet. Their cakes are also tasty and moist. This location is great to do work, there's plenty of seats and they're pretty comfortable. It get's busy on certain time of the day but it never got too noisy."

"I’ve been a loyal customer of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for years, long before the pandemic and my appreciation for them has only grown stronger over time. Fast forward to early 2023, when things started returning to normal, they stood out as the only coffee shop in Cebu IT Park that warmly welcomed pets inside. That meant the world to me as a fur parent. Every time I bring my rescue dogs to Cebu IT Park, we make it a point to visit CBTL (any branch!). The staff are consistently friendly, not just to customers but especially to my furbabies. They greet them with smiles and genuine warmth, which makes every visit feel extra special. We always order pup cups for my dogs, and the team is so accommodating in allowing us to feed them there. Of course, we make sure to observe cleanliness and be mindful of other customers so everyone can enjoy the space comfortably. "This cafe is more expensive than other local cafes however the quality of their coffee and pastries are both remarkable. My partner and I would always get their New York-style cheesecake. It's the best compared to other famous coffee shops in the country. Their coffee is also on the sweeter side yet it's still strong which serves its purpose. One thing that we dislike about coffee bean is the quality of the cream in their frappes. It doesn't taste quite well and has an odd aftertaste. The cafe also offers a very spacious seating area which is great since most coffee shops are cramped and crowded. Overall, it's always a great place to hang out after a big meal!"
